fulfilled all of the requirements listed in the present invitation and presented their reports at the symposia.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES - English, Bulgarian and Russian. Simultaneous translation. The reports, presented by the participants should be sent to the organizers in advance, so that the interpreters may become acquainted with their content.

TECHNICAL MEANS FOR PRESENTATIONS                                                                                         Look a hall for symposiums

The participants will be able to use a multimedia projector and a computer. The presentations for the multimedia projector should be made with Power Point and should be saved on a CD Rom. The usage of disquettes is not allowed.

Description of the issue:

750 MB CD disk in a box; format – Flash and PDF.

Content: Every volume has a cover, it is paginated and has a table of contents in Bulgarian and English.

Protection and identification: the issue is protected reliably with a code. It is identified with a digital signature and ISBN.

Editing: the issue will be edited by an international editorial – scientists, having academic rank.

The selection of papers will be based on the following criteria: scientific standard; value to policy-making; originality; potential to form

the basis of a fruitful exchange among the symposium participants.

Publication languages: English, Bulgarian and Russian.                                                                Article Formatting

Copyright and publication right: the authors keep their copyright over the articles, bearing full responsibility for their content. The publisher gains unlimited right to offer and circulate the issue with the published articles. The publisher does not bear responsibility if the authors have harmed a third party.

The participants in the symposia, who have publications in the relevant volume, cannot present articles for publication in the same volume but have right to publish articles in the other volumes of the issue.

Responsibility declaration: Info Invest being a publisher of  Journal "ECOLOGY & SAFETY. INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS", does not bear responsibility for the articles content as well as for the results evolving from ignorance or  distorted interpretation of the publishing terms. The fact that you offered an article for publication means that you have accepted and you agree with the present publication terms.

FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS                                                                                                                   Online Invoice

All payments are in Euro.

Representatives universities, research institutes, project institutes and the companies/:

• till 30.01. 2008 – 180 Euro;

• after 30.01. 2008 - 210 Euro;

• for participation with the second the report - +50 Euro;

• students - 100 Euro - sharing only with posters, without the right on escorting and the publication in the journal Internet;

• Accompanying persons - free of charge

Representatives universities, research institutes, project institutes and the companies which have taken participations on symposiums 2007:

• till 30.01. 2008 – 150 Euro ;

• after 30.01. 2008 - 210 Euro;

• for participation with the second the report - +50 Euro.

• Accompanying persons - free of charge

The registration fees are refunded only if the symposium is not held through the organizers fault. In this case the expenses are to be deducted from the paid registration fees. Sending a registration fee lower than the specified one is considered non-execution of the participation terms. The come-in request for participation is considered invalid, and the paid amount is not to be refunded.

Detail of charges: all commissions and charges are to be borne by the bank /on the ordering customer's account /. In case the requirement all expenses for the bank transfer to be on the ordering customer's account is not observed, it is considered that the participation terms in the symposium are not executed. The received participation request is considered unreal and the remitted amount is not to be refunded.

THE PARTICIPANTS GET

• cooperation for a visa, if needed; the visa issue is a state policy and the organizers do not bear the responsibility, if the participants are refused a visa; on visa issue refusal the participation fee are not refunded;

• right of an accompanying person; the accompanying people are not participants in the symposium and do not have the participants' rights;

• a chance to take part in the work of the symposium;

• ScienceBg certificate for the scientific publication /format À4, color a seal, in English/;

• simultaneous translation;

• a chance to present a report /10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers/ or a poster report within 6 pages, A4 format. Continuance of the poster session – 1 hour;

• Publication of an article within 30 pages in the edition "ECOLOGY & SAFETY. SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES" issue on a CD Rom + CD Rom with the issue; the articles should obligatory be formatted as of the requirements if the articles are not formatted as of the requirements, they are not published, and the participation fees are not refunded;

• symposium programme;

• free publication of an article in the Journal "ECOLOGY & SAFETY. INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS" issue on a CD Rom; the articles should obligatory be formatted as of the requirements; papers are edited two independent editors;

• free publication of the article in the "International Research Publications" Internet Electronic Journal, if all publication requirements for the journal are observed; the presented articles are considered and accepted for publication by the editorial in order of their presentation; papers are edited two independent editors;

• coffee break.

Those people who have not presented their report or poster in the symposium, are not considered participants and do not get materials, notwithstanding the fact that they have paid a right-of-participation fee. The Organization committee does not permit the presentation of someone else's reports without good reasons and without the preliminary agreement of the Committee. If the presentation format is not specified – a report or a poster – the Organization committee reserves its right to specify the format.

TERMS

• 21.12. 2007 – sending participation requests with short abstracts of the reports within 20 lines; the maximum term for an answer on behalf of the Organization committee by email is 5 workdays after receiving the participation request ;

• till 31.01. 2008  - the participation fee should be transferred to the current account of Info Invest Ld. Sending participation fee lower that the specified one, is considered to be non-execution of the participation terms. The transferred amount is not refunded. Detail of charges: all commissions and charges are to be borne by the bank / on the ordering customer's account /. In case the requirement all expenses for the bank transfer to be on the ordering customer's account is not observed, it is considered that the participation terms in the symposium are not executed. The received participation request is considered unreal and the remitted amount is not to be refunded.

• tiil 31.01. 2008 – the scientific article, composed as of the requirements, should be presented for publication to the organizers by email. The articles are to be sent by email to  the following address: symposium@sciencebg.net. They should be preliminary archived in ZIP or RAR format. If the file size is bigger than 2 MB, the article is to be sent in parts but with file size within 2 MB. The space after the end of each part of the article is considered the beginning of a new line of the following part of the article.

• till April 30, 2008 – expanded theses of the scientific report that is to be presented at the symposium should be sent /its continuance should not be more than  10 minutes/ so that they may be processed by the interpreters; if this term is not observed, the report will not be translated;

• till April 30, 2008  - the accommodation reservation of the participants and the accompanying people should be done; the names of the participants, the arrival date, the departure date, the number of night's lodgings, the names of the participants the reservation is for, a choice of a place of accommodation, if there is such chance /a hotel, a single room, a double room, a suit, etc./ should be specified in an email.

• 9^th June from 17 till 18 o'clock; 10^th June from 9.00 till 10.00 o'clock – registration of the participants;

• 10^th of June - inauguration of the symposium; 13^th June – closing of the symposium.

After transferring the fee to our bank account, it is necessary that you send us by email information about the transfer date, the bank account number  the money is transferred from, and the organization or firm name that has transferred the fee.

In case this requirement is not observed, it is considered that there has not been publication fee payment. The received publication request is considered unreal and the remitted amount is not to be refunded.

Invoices receipt: to get an invoice, it is necessary to give us the following data: name of the author or the organization that has transferred the money; the bank account number the money has been transferred from, address, financially-responsible person, national requisites for identification of the firm or the organization, full and exact address, we can send the invoice to. Invoices will not be issued at place.

PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION

Participation in the symposium: only those people who have observed all participation terms and the guests, invited by the Organization committee will take part in the symposium.

Registration of the participants – 9^th June from 17 till 18 o'clock; 10^th June from 9.00 till 10.00 o'clock

Name badges: the name badges will be given together with the materials of the symposium during the registration are personal. They are the only document, giving free access to the symposium hall and should always be visible.

Access to the symposium hall may be denied to the people who cannot show them. The organizers reserves their right to demand from the present people to prove their participation right.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION. ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION                                                 Online Reservation

The Organization committee reserves accommodation for the symposium participants at their request for free.

Till April 30, 2008 accommodation of the participants and the accompanying people should be reserved. The participants' names, the arrival date, the departure date, the number of night's lodgings, the names of the participants the reservation is for, a choice of a place of accommodation, if there is such chance /a hotel, a single room, a double room, a suit, etc./ should be specified in an email.

 The payment is done at place. The hotel accommodation will be done in order of the come-in requests. After the specified reservation term the organizers do not bear the responsibility for providing accommodation to the participants.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME

The social programme has great importance to the symposium success. The unofficial atmosphere during the activities helps widen the contacts range with the rest of the participants. You will be informed later on about the content and the schedule. Full description of the proposed activities and the participation terms will be published on this site.

Payment and invoices receipt for participation in the social activities: the participation requests for the social programme are to be placed in advance within the terms, specified by the organizers, and the money is paid at place. The expenses are formed as an additional payment to the paid right-of-participation fee, as for the purpose the participants will get an invoice with such content. It is necessary that you tell us the requisites of the organization or the firm, the invoice will be issued to.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF POSTERS                                                                  Look posters

The poster session is carried out right after the opening of the symposium. The place of the poster session will be specified in the programme. The continuance of the poster session is 1 hours. Every participant has the chance to put his materials /that should be within 6 standard pages, A4 format/ on the poster board. The materials should not contain advertisements, except for the cases when this is agreed with the organizers.

FINAL PROGRAMME OF THE SYMPOSIUM

The final programme of the symposium will be published on this site on a particular page. You will be informed additionally for the purpose.
