About us

Group photo, Education Research & Development Conference

Every year we organize six scientific conferences on various topics, the results of which are published in open access journals. We are the founders and organizers of one of the oldest academic forums in Bulgaria - the annual scientific conference Ecology and Safety. In 2021 the conference will celebrate its thirtieth birthday. Needless to say, all of this would not have been possible without the trust of thousands of participants over the years, without the efforts of hundreds of editors and reviewers, and without the support of our partners and co-organizers. Thank you and we hope that the future will bring us new prospects, opportunities and successes!

  • 30 years
  • 108 conferences
  • 13,000 participants
  • 1,800 organizations
  • 64 countries
  • 3,000 articles

The past year has been unusual for all of us due to the world pandemic. Thousands of conferences have either been canceled or held online. Many of our colleagues, friends and partners have faced a number of difficulties in attending the events which we organized in person. The availability to adapt has proven to be the most important skill during a crisis. In 2020, not only we held all the events planned in person, but we also managed to enable hundreds of hindered participants to present their research and projects fully, despite the distance. During all these years (since our first conference in 1991), our desire to connect people, their ideas and goals has been and will remain a principle for us.
