Building Bridges in Agricultural and Food Sciences: A New Partnership with Lithuanian University of Health Sciences

We are pleased to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Science & Education Foundation and the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU), Kaunas, Lithuania, one of the country's leading academic and research institutions in medicine, veterinary medicine, and health sciences. The agreement, signed in September 2026 by Prof. Dr. Rimantas Benetis, Rector of LSMU, and Ivan Genov, Chairman of the Science & Education Foundation, marks an important step towards strengthening international scientific cooperation and academic exchange.
We were delighted to welcome distinguished academics from LSMU to the 2026 International Scientific Conference “Agriculture & Food”, including Prof. Vilma Vilienė, Prof. Asta Racevičiūtė Stupelienė, and Dr. Monika Natutaitė, who have also participated in previous editions of the conference. We sincerely value their continued involvement and look forward to welcoming them, along with many more colleagues from LSMU, to future editions of the conference.

Cooperation Agreement with AMBIS University, Czech Republic

The Science & Education Foundation is pleased to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement with AMBIS University, Czech Republic, marking an important step towards strengthening international academic collaboration and institutional partnerships.
The agreement was signed on behalf of AMBIS University by Dr. rer. nat. Martina Mannova, Rector, and Radek Stavinoha, CEO. It establishes a framework for closer cooperation between the two institutions, encouraging academic exchange, joint scientific initiatives, and the development of international research networks.
The successful establishment of this partnership was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Prof. Renata Novakova, a longstanding participant in the International Scientific Conference Economy & Business and Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal of the same name. Her continued commitment to international scholarly cooperation has played an instrumental role in bringing the two institutions together.

“Agriculture & Food” Welcomes Over 180 Participants from 30 Countries

The International Scientific Conference “Agriculture & Food” brought together more than 180 researchers, academics, and professionals from 30 countries at Hotel Bulgaria in Burgas, Bulgaria. The strong international participation contributed to the success of the event, providing opportunities for scientific exchange, professional discussions, and the development of new academic contacts.
The conference was officially opened by Prof. Stanisław Mleko from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poland. Throughout the event, participants presented their latest research findings and discussed current developments and challenges in agriculture, food science, food technology, and related disciplines. The scientific programme featured contributions from a wide range of universities and research institutions, reflecting the interdisciplinary and international character of the conference.
We were particularly pleased to welcome strong academic delegations from several European universities and research institutions, including the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland, the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poland, the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Slovakia, the National Institute of Horticultural Research, Poland, Széchenyi István University, Hungary, and the University of Szeged, Hungary.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all speakers, authors, reviewers, and participants for their contributions to the conference.
