In 2020, despite the unprecedented challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we successfully organized our International Scientific Events by adapting them to the new circumstances and ensuring the continuity of scientific exchange. The conferences were held in a combined onsite and online format, allowing participants to take part either in person or remotely, depending on their possibilities and the restrictions in force at the time.

The onsite events were conducted in strict accordance with all guidance and requirements issued by the local health authorities. The necessary measures were implemented throughout the conferences, including physical distancing, regular disinfection of conference areas, and additional precautions aimed at protecting the health and safety of participants, staff, and guests. These arrangements made it possible for the events to proceed responsibly while preserving the essential academic character of the conferences.

We are grateful to all participants, speakers, authors, reviewers, and partners for their understanding, flexibility, and commitment during this difficult period. Their support made it possible for the conferences to continue even under exceptional circumstances and demonstrated the importance of maintaining international scientific dialogue in challenging times.
